Well Standing in the Red Square and 4 Yellow Lines while working and Receiving Compensation

a Job or Shift at a Place for Employment is a Question: What is a fair Payment for Working

No Matter if it's a Shift or Working at a Commercial Venture, or Perhaps a Grocery Store

Any Type of Work Performance or Task you do for 8 hours a day should be 

Interesting and perhaps even a place where you can enjoy your interest and Hobbies

maybe even teach Someone about your Job or Employment? What do you Like? or Dislike?

I'm one of those people who would work for 8 hours and donate any left over money

I would assume any extra profit such as Paycheck for $160 I would Give $16 or 10% to Someone 

who needed it just to make they had a meal or a place to sleep for a day. 

As I'm Writing this or Giving you Information, even as a Writer I would need

a Salary or Wage to pay the Bills or Pay Rent or Even have a Supply of Food and Water

But I take it Comfortably because my Effort and Willingness to help others and provide something

of Value and Integrity, Relief and Assistance to others who may be Struggling or 

Having a Hard Time Finding a Job or have a Basic shelter to Live in is more important. 

Take a Walk outside and Get some Fresh air because you are now walking

on a Yellow Stone Road and soon you will realize what has become of your Dreams and Future?

Well Sure go ahead and Spend a good $8000 on a new Car, How Long did you have to work

to Earn that New Car? perhaps 6 Months? That in my opinion is a Harsh Reality of Hard Labor. 

Just wait till you Either Lose your Job, Resign or Find another Job, and Now it's

all on Saving because you may of been unable to get a new job after your first job

Because every Business or Job out there was Irresponsible with their finances

and now based on Supply on Demand? Which Companies will eventually go out of business

From Chapter 11 or Chapter 12, How can a Company File Bankruptcy and Still do the Same Tactics?

And Get away with it? There is a Major Flaw here when it comes to Bankruptcy

are Employers and Managers or Organizations Focusing on Profit Making or Getting Repeat sales 

Continuously and Making Sure Employees Moral and Happiness is Still Strong? I would rather

have my Employees or Work Force Work for 4 Hours a Day or 8 hours

and Make Sure they are Happy and Enjoy working at their place of Employment. 

Well if you are planning to get a Job or Employment make sure

that Company or Organization is planning to be in business for at least 12 years

and Just remember is the place your working actually Helps the Planet you live on?

or Actually Cares about It's Employees and Making a Difference to People's Life.
